Crisis response is emerging as a required skill set for leaders of all important institutions. The panel will discuss how to define a crisis (and a “fake crisis”), everyone’s role in a crisis situation, and the key tools and lessons that successful organizations observe to identify, mitigate, and quickly recover.

The Annual Conference is being held at the Swissotel located at 323 E. Wacker Drive. The hotel is a 30 minute cab ride from Midway International Airport or a 45 minute cab ride from O’Hare International Airport. Attendees can also take the L train from both airports to the hotel. From Midway: take the Orange line to the State/Lake stop and from O’Hare: take the Blue line to the Washington & Clark/Dearborn stop. All events will take place at the hotel unless otherwise noted.
