Building Foundations for the Future
Thought Leadership Thursday Article
Dear NAST Colleagues,
As the Co-Chairs of the 2023 National Institute of Public Finance (NIPF) Board of Trustees, we are excited to announce the opening of registration for this year’s NIPF! As you may recall, we unfortunately had to cancel NIPF 2021 due to COVID 19. Now, we are excited to be back with everyone at the Pepperdine University campus this July 16-19 for our one-of-a-kind public finance certificate program.
For those of you who have been before, we look forward to welcoming your return for your second or even third certificate. For those who have never attended, we invite you to join us for this unique, limited-seat program where you will learn from subject and industry experts and network with your colleagues and peers.
The three certificate tracks focus on:
- Executive Treasury Management
- Investments and Pensions
- Public Finance and Debt Management
Our four days together allow you to step back from your day-to-day and have the opportunity to learn and share the latest within your fields, while creating a continuing network for after the institute. Your experiences will travel back to the office with you, and will support your work with your team, that ultimately benefits your constituents too.
We are also excited to announce that former U.S. Treasury Secretary Jack Lew will be joining us as a keynote speaker on our opening day. Secretary Lew will provide his insight about public finance and the U.S. economy.
This is truly an event not to be missed and we are so glad to be back in-person this year. For more information and registration, please visit www.nipf.org.
See you in July!
Deborah Goldberg and Glenn Hegar, NIPF Co-Chairs
