Conference Schedule 

Registration is now available for the NAST Annual Conference in Las Vegas, NV at the Flamingo Hotel.
All events will take place at the hotel unless otherwise noted. The conference is business casual for all events except Tuesday evening, which is casual.  The agenda below is subject to modification. The complete agenda, including speakers’ bios, will be in the online conference app. Log in information will be sent to attendees prior to the event, along with an attendee roster. See below for hotel information and rates. 

Health and Safety Notice
NAST is considering the health and safety of all conference attendees and staff during the 2023 Annual Conference. NAST encourages participants to take their precautions when attending activities occurring at the conference, including being vaccinated/boosted and wearing face masks. Flamingo Hotel

The Annual Conference is being held at the Flamingo Hotel located in Las Vegas at 3555 Las Vegas Blvd South. The hotel is a 15-20 minute cab ride from Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). All events will take place at the hotel unless otherwise noted.

Rooms are available at the Flamingo for two different rates: $129/night for Friday and Saturday and $69/night for Monday-Tuesday and can be reserved here

*Our room block is now closed, but rooms are still available at the hotel’s best available rate.* 

A daily resort fee of $39.95 per room, per night will be charged in addition to the room rates listed above. Rooms are available at this rate until September 15, 2023. Attendees must book online for the block rate, booking by phone is not available. For assistance, please contact us.
