Join us for NAST’s Treasury Management Training Symposium in Oklahoma City at the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel.
The complete agenda including all sessions, meals, committee meetings and other activities are available now to help facilitate your hotel reservations and travel plans. We encourage you to map out the sessions you wish to attend to maximize your learning pathway.
The conference is business casual; evening events are casual. Events are open to all attendees unless otherwise noted. If you need training hours for your professional license, NAST will provide a letter confirming your attendance after the conference, which you may submit with your renewal application. Please see the Overview section in the app for instructions.

Conference Hotel
Omni Oklahoma City Hotel
Join us for TMTS at the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel located at 100 West Oklahoma City Blvd. The hotel is a 15-20 minute cab ride from Will Rogers International Airport (OKC). All events will take place at the hotel unless otherwise noted.
Rooms are available for $219/night and can be reserved here.
Attendees can also reserve rooms by calling 800.843.6664 and ask for the NAST room block with the dates you need to book a room. Rooms are available at this rate until May 22, 2026.
*The hotel is close to sold out so as a reminder, if you know anyone who has booked a room and ends up unable to attend, we ask that they please cancel prior to the cut-off date of May 22 so those rooms can be available to other attendees.*

TMTS Service Project
Thanks to our Oklahoma Treasury hosts, this year we are partnering with Positive Tomorrows, a school and social service agency partnering with kids and families experiencing homelessness in Oklahoma City. Attendees will have the opportunity to donate and then help pack kits at the Omni, which will be used by Positive Tomorrows’ teachers and donated to families Positive Tomorrows supports. Your monetary donations will ensure we have the necessary products to assemble the kits!
*For those donating individually, please consider checking with your company and see if they will match your donation for additional support.*
We will also have the opportunity to support Infant Crisis Services by assembling healthy snack kits onsite during the conference. Infant Crisis Services provides life-sustaining formula, food, and diapers to Oklahoma’s most vulnerable children. Save time in your schedule and join us in supporting these organizations in the Networking Lounge throughout the week of TMTS.
