April 15-16, 2026
UCLA Campus, Los Angeles, CA
The CSPN CSA Working Group is convening CSA administrators with operational programs at UCLA, April 15 and 16, 2026. This meeting will precede the California Early Wealth Account System (CEWAS) meeting to be held on April 17, also at UCLA, which you are also welcome to attend (see information below). Both events are free to attend. Thanks to the generous support from the Mott Foundation, state members of CSPN may be eligible for a travel stipend. Please contact Catherine Seat for more information.
The purpose of the CSPN convening is to provide a forum for administrators and operational staff of large-scale CSA programs to discuss and share current challenges, best practices and lessons learned, specifically in efforts to increase awareness and participation among all eligible youth, distribution processing and tax reporting, managing third-party donations, and the intersection of CSAs and Trump accounts. The primary objective of this interactive meeting is for all attendees with direct program experience to have the opportunity to discuss topics in depth and learn from each other to further the efficacy of all programs.
